After comparing this form to others, we believe this was part of George Edward Morrison, III's, U.S. Navy Separation packet.
Morrison entered Naval service on February 12, 1944. He served in Bainbridge, Maryland, Norfolk Virginia, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. He also served aboard ships.
Medals listed were: Pacific Theater Ribbon, American Theater Ribbon, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, and the Victory Medal.
The name, J.L. Kemmerer, Ensign, appears at the bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
