Photograph of a single page from a Notice of Separation packet for an unnamed "S1c" who was born in Amherst, Virginia, on November 25, 1924.

He entered Naval service on June 30, 1943.

He served aboard several ships including the SS Roger Grisworld, SS James M. Wayne, SS Prairie Grove, SS Esso Belgium, SS R.M. Williamson, and the SS John Goode.

Medals listed were: Asiatic Pacific Area, European African Middle Eastern Area, American Area, and Victory Medal.

The name, W.T. Duke, Jr., Lieutenant, appears at the bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
