Photograph of a single page from a Naval personnel packet for an unnamed Seaman First Class who was born in Woodstock, Virginia, on 20 December 1928.

He entered Naval service on 28 December 1945. He served in Norfolk, Virginia, and at the Naval Operating Base in Bermuda.

This form indicates the Seaman re-enlisted for two years while in Bermuda.

The name, J.W. Rucker, Lieutenant (JG), appears at the top and bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
