He entered Naval service for the second time on 29 July 1946. He had already received payments in May 1946 when he was initially discharged.
He served in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was discharged from the Naval Separation Unit in Norfolk, Virginia..
Medals listed were: American Area" and Victory Medals.
The name, B.M. Broadway, Lieutenant, appears at the bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
