Photograph of the form titled, "Notice of the Separation From U.S. Naval Service" for Edward Reilly Lonergan, dated 4 October 1945. He was a Storekeeper First Class when he was discharged.

He served in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington D.C.

Edward was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, on December 10, 1915. He was married, living on Greenwood Road in Linthicum, Maryland, and working in Baltimore for the Koppers Company as an accountant, when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in February 1942.

Going forward, his preference was to have his own business.
