Photograph of a color oil painting of Isaac Hite, Jr. that was originally painted in 1799 by Charles Peale Polke.

Isaac Hite, Jr. is remembered as having built and lived in Belle Grove plantation located between Strasburg and Middletown, Virginia, with his family.

The original portrait now hangs at Belle Grove.

Emulsion damage is visible on the upper right of the photograph.
