On the right is Riddleberger Hall. It was the only building on campus when the school was established in 1898. Formerly, it was the home of H.H. Riddleberger, a U.S. Senator. As of 2025, it serves as the admissions office.
Beyond it is Lantz Hall, constructed in 1909.
