Photo of two separate portrait photographs of Charlotte (Mumaw) Porsche as a young woman.
Charlotte was born in Strasburg, the daughter of Brooks Thomas and Thelma Marie (Polk) Mumaw of Middletown, Frederick County.
She married Milton Roy McInturff, Jr., the son of Milton Roy and Clara Lee (Sine) McInturff, in 1943. Milton was in the U.S. Navy at the time. The marriage did not last and a divorce was granted in 1948.
Her second husband was Jack Miller Kline (1923-1968), a veteran of WWII and the owner of Kline’s Garage, where he was a mechanic. His parents were William Russell and Maude Margaret (Miller) Kline. Charlotte worked as a weaver in the silk mill when the couple married. They both lived in Strasburg.
After Jack Kline died, Charlotte married again in 1979. Her third husband was Robert William Porsche (1912-1996), born in Massachusetts. He had lost his first wife in a fire the year before.
Charlotte did not have children.
