The couple married in 1944, and lived in Fort Valley where they raised a son and three daughters.
At the time of their marriage, Lester worked for the Powhatan Lime Company in Strasburg.
Later, their marriage ended and Lester married for a a second time in 1972.
Lester was the son of Kirby Lee and Mollie Catherine (Funk) Lichliter.
Margie was the daughter of Kemper Clay and Zola (Munch) Powell.
Damage to the negative is visible along the right side of the image.
