On the right is Wilbur Eugene Dellinger and his wife, Barbara K. (Mauck) Dellinger. His parents were Clyde Eugene and Esther Frances (Foltz) Dellinger. Like his wife, he was from Edinburg.
The couple married in December 1962 in Winchester. At that time, Wilbur was a soldier in the Army and Barbara worked at a Safeway Store.
