The photograph on the right was used as Donna's senior class picture in the 1967 Central High School yearbook (Wings).
Her parents were David Louis and Frances Louise (Gochenour) Vormbrock.
Her first husband was David Merrills Stalker, Jr. whom she married in 1969. That marriage did not last.
She married Neal Leighton Willetts in Waynesboro, Virginia, in 1981.
The image on the left has a mark at the top where the photographer noted which of the two images he planned to print.
