Helen was the daughter of Marion Brown Ring and Helen Virginia (Boyer) Ring of Woodstock.
She graduated from Woodstock High School in 1958.
In 1961, she married Hugh Franklin Sager, a U.S. Marine. He was the son of Hugh Lyle and Alma Louise (Painter) Sager.
The image on the right has a mark at the top where the photographer noted which of the two images he planned to print.
