Wilbur Eugene Dellinger was the son of Clyde Eugene and Esther Frances (Foltz) Dellinger. Like his wife, he was from Edinburg.
The couple married in December 1962 in Winchester. At that time, Wilbur was a soldier in the U.S. Army and Barbara worked at a Safeway Store.
Wilbur and Barbara had two children together before ending their marriage in 1986.
