Barbara was the daughter of Clarence Milton and Clara Elizabeth (George) Miller. She was born in Woodstock.
Her first husband was named Obed Lee Marston and was from Woodstock. The couple married in 1965 but the marriage did not last.
In 1972, she married Cecil Harrison Holler (1933-2023) and spent more than fifty years with him before he died. When they married, Barbara and Cecil lived in Edinburg. It was a second marriage for both of them.
It is unclear for which wedding this photograph was taken.
