Marybelle was the daughter of John Calvin and Mary Frances (Dodson) Wealthy.
She married George Elmer Romick in 1940. His parents were George Washington and Edna May (McInturff) Romick.
Marybelle's husband enlisted in the U.S. Army March 1944 and was killed on October 5, 1944. Jimmy was only 2 years old when his father died. Marybelle never re-married.

Identified in February 2009 by Mary L. Weaver and Doug Dellinger. Mary was Marybelle (Wealthy) Romick's great niece and James Romick's 2nd cousin. Her great aunt had the same picture in her home.
