Louise was the daughter of Jesse Ward (1891-1965) and Annie May (Heflin) (1927-2002) Luttrell. She grew up in Woodstock.
She married William Ryan (1927-2002) in Washington D.C., in 1946, not long after WWII ended. Louise lived in Falls Church at that time while William Ryan was from Mt. Jackson.
The couple were married 55 years when she died. They lived in York, Pennsylvania, and Louise was retired from the Provident Enterprises Company at the time of her death.
