Hi. My name is Kate Schindler, and I am the granddaughter of Anna Katharine (Hottel)  and Guy Benchoff. Rosalie Benchoff Learned is my second cousin. I saw this picture of her on your website, sent the link to her, and commented on how nice she looked. I remember thinking to myself it looks like Rosalie but not really.

She wrote back and said it isn't her.

I told her I'd let you know this picture isn't of Rosalie Benchoff. Unfortunately, we don't know who it is.

Thank you for considering our suggestion.

Incidentally, I looked through the entire Morrison Collection—all 1,000+ pages—and can identify "15"ish photographs. This was a marvellous digital undertaking. I remember my Aunt Betty (Betty Benchoff Page) actually going to the Edinburg Library and looking through the notebooks and identifying folks. She told me she really enjoyed doing it. I'm going to write to a few people and clue them into the collection. Maybe that'll help you with a few more identifications.
