Dorothy was born in Zepp, the daughter of Hirshel and Daisy (Williams) Rudolph. She married Robert Thomas Wetzel, Jr. and raised her children in Woodstock. Aside from the two children pictured in this image, Dorothy had two additional daughters, Sharon and Rebecca.
