This photo was taken at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, most likely during the State FFA Convention. Both were poultry judgers for the Woodstock FFA Chapter. Everett "Chick" Wisman later became a professor of Poultry Science at Virginia Tech and retired from that position.
