She had two sisters, Jeanine (Wolverton) Fleming and Charlotte (Wolverton) Snyder.
Betty never married. She graduated from Shenandoah Business College and was employed by Dalke's Community Theater, Woodstock Wholesale Meats, and Sigma Sigma Sigma until her retirement.
