She was the daughter of C. Frank and Gladys (Smoot) Seibert.
Isabelle was a 1940 graduate of Woodstock High School.
When she died, she was a retired LPN having worked for a number of years at the Shenandoah County Memorial Hospital. Prior to her retirement, she also worked as a Private Duty Nurse.
She married John Ray Stoneburner (1919-1998) of Woodstock in 1942. They had a son, Philip Ray Stoneburner.
