Description
Large group of unidentified people assembled for a reunion picnic at what is now the Hottel-Keller Memorial site off Back Road near Mt. Olive. The picnics were mostly attended by descendants of the Hottle and Keller families who farmed there.
Originally founded in 1921, the group is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Germanic heritage of the Shenandoah Valley.
The words, "Hottle-Keller Memorial Association" and the date, "August 23, 1934", are printed across the bottom of the image.
