Photograph of the Reverend T. A. Thomas and his family standing on the porch of a house sometime before 1930.

Reverend Thomas was a pastor at Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Woodstock, Virginia in the 1920s and 1930s. He was born around 1883 and immigrated to the United States in 1914 from the British West Indies.

His children at the time of the image were Ruth E., Doris S., Maude V, and Calvin A. Thomas. His wife, Irene M. Thomas is not pictured. Son Joseph G. Thomas was not born until 1930.

Theopelus A. Thomas died sometime between 1930 and 1950.
