She was a 24-year old nurse living in Toms Brook when she married James Milton Miller from Riverdale, Maryland. He was the son of Joseph William and Mary Adelaide (Moran) Miller and worked as a "service manager" when he married in January 1965.

Subject identified in 2002 by her neighbor on "A" Street in Strasburg, John E. Taylor, who also estimated the photo had been taken in 1938. Since subject was not born until 1940, the date of the photograph had to be later.
