Olive was the daughter of Abbot Luther (1859-1922) and Minerva Francis (Wolverton) (1863-1947) Stultz.
She married William Dallas Fravel (1888-1962) in 1911. He was from Woodstock. Together, they had a son, Linden Alton Fravel (1919-1971). She lived in Stephens City when she died.
Linden had finished 2 years of college when he enlisted in the Army Air Corps in 1943. He became an aviation cadet and completed primary and basic pilot training before becoming an aerial gunner in B-24 Liberators.
Linden served in the 15th Air Force, 459th Bomb Group, 756th Bomb Squadron in Italy during his WWII service.
After the war, he married Mary Jane (Haislip) Fravel (1924-2018) in 1948. She was born in Salem, Virginia, and worked as a secretary for Lewis-Gale Hospital there when they married. Her parents were Walter Armstrong and Mary Leone (Johnston) Haislip.
The couple lived in the Stephens City area of Frederick County for much of their married lives. Linden operated "Fravel's Plant and Fish Garden" as a nurseryman in his later years.
