Born January 15, 1898 Elsie lived in Woodstock Virginia. She married an unknown man at the age of 16 and had two daughters, Margaret and Frances. Later she married Charles H. Good of New Market.
Elsie lived on Water Street in Woodstock in the 1930 and 1940 census. She is listed as a maid/cook in a private home and also had several borders living in her house. Elsie died in 1991 in Ohio.
