Photograph of R.A. Junior Pangle in his U.S. Marine Corps uniform and a standing beside Margaret Ann Rennie, who became his wife a few years after this photograph was taken.
Junior Pangle served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1944 to 1947. He attained the rank of Corporal.
After his discharge, Junior Pangle returned to his hometown, Strasburg, and married Margaret Ann (Rennie) Pangle in 1950.
The couple raised two sons and three daughters together over the many decades they were together.
The name, "R.A. Pangle", and the place, "Strasburg", are written on the glass plate.
