On the left is Betsy (Bowman) Sheetz holding the hand of Joseph "Buddy" Hoover Jr. with Buddy's older sister, Dorothy Ann (Hoover) Price on the right.
Betsy's parents were Myron Milton and Elizabeth (Koontz) Bowman.
The two Hoover siblings were the children of Joseph Ray (Sr.) (1904-1966) and Dorothy (Koontz) (1903-2002) Hoover.
All three children were from Woodstock.
