To Whom It May Concern
Sterling Life Insurance Co.
Due to the condition of Mr. Bushong they were unable to keep him in the hospital, so we the undersigned took him to our home on January 15, 1949 and left January 22 of the same year. We received $10.00 for caring for him during that time. Anything that can be done would be appreciated by everyone concerned.
