William C. Painter, the owner, is pictured standing at the left wearing a bowtie.

Several other unidentified individuals are crouched/standing around a vehicle.

Additional vintage cars are on the left with one toting a license plate that indicates the year as 1920.

The garage was located in Piccadilly Street near the railroad track.
