Her parents were Ernest and Rose (Feller) Mowery.
Her husband was Elmer Robert (Bob) Wagner (1929-2007).
She was active in her church (Antioch Church of the Brethren at Calvary) and the American Legion Post #199 Auxiliary in Woodstock. She also helped organize the Memorial Day Parade in Woodstock and the annual beauty pageant at the Shenandoah County Fair for many years.
The image on the right has a mark at the top where the photographer noted which of the two images he planned to print.
