Photograph showing Camp Lupton, a recreational camp operated by Massanutten Academy just west of Woodstock Virginia.

The image shows the camp, river, and a view of the Massanutten Mountain. Camp buildings and tents are visible in the center of the picture.

Historically, the site was site of the "Lewis Funkhouser's Ford" and as of 2025 was home to Seven Bends State Park.

This is landscape view of what is now Seven Bends State Park. You can see the construction of Camp Lupton begining in the distance behind the barn. That places this photo circa 1936.
