View of the interior of the Virginia Restaurant located on the corner of King and Holliday Streets in Strasburg. The restaurant was a favorite meeting place for students after school and evenings.
At the back of the room, stand two longtime employees: Neva (Brill) Clem (left) and Leota (Conner) Himelright (right).
Tables and a long sandwich bar along the right wall are also pictured.
The restaurant was originally owned by Charlie "Uncle Charlie" Brill and later managed by his nephews, C. Alvin "Buggy" and Obed Brill.
This photograph was used on page 63 of the book, "Strasburg Community Memories", by C. Douglas Cooley, published 1999.
