Identified in 2007 by John Adamson who noted the subject had also been identified by Hugh Morrison on another photo.
On March 3, 1911, the Shenandoah Herald newspaper reported that Rev. S.W. Kuhns of Greensboro, N.C. had accepted a position at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Woodstock. This announcement was reprinted by the Free Press on September 11, 2008 (page 4).
