Large group of unidentified men, women, and children posed on the steps of the "Susan B. Miller Nursing Home" on N. Muhlenberg Street in Woodstock Virginia.
Initially, the home was a private residence, During the 1930s and 1940s, the home was the Susan Miller Memorial Hospital. When Shenandoah County Memorial Hospital opened in 1951, the building became the Susan B. Miller Nursing home until the 1990s.
The building still stands at 118 N. Muhlenberg Street.
