The photograph was taken about 1933 on the steps of "Twin Trees", a family home on the corner of Main and Bridge Streets in Mount Jackson, Virginia.

Second Row: Melvin Dingledine (husband of Ruth), Emory Z. Dingledine and Emma E. (Lohr) Dingledine (parents of Melvin, Maybelle and Miley Dingledine), Maybelle (Dingledine) Cline (mother of Jessie and Richard in front row), and Miley Dingledine (husband of Brownye, behind him).

Identified in 2013 by Mary Ruth Parsons who remembered that "Twin Trees" was purchased by Jesse and Maybelle (Dingledine) Cline after Melvin married Ruth.
Mary Ruth Parson also noted this photograph has been passed on to a granddaughter of Mary Jane (Dingledine) Grant, Kris Long.
Mary Ruth Parsons also noted that as of 2013, Jessie (Cline) McCardell lived in Bethesda, Maryland.
