A native of Greece, James G. Kotsianas was the proprietor of the New York Restaurant in Woodstock Virginia from 1922-1947. He was known locally as “Jimmy the Greek.”

Twin sisters, Drucilla and Sarah Whetzel, photographed as babies. We are unsure which is which.

Their parents were James and Kate Whetzel.
