Portrait of Milton "Milt" Samuel Hoffman, Jr. (born July 5, 1920 and died January 9, 1996) wearing his U.S. Army uniform. His wife's name was Ann and he was from the Woodstock-Edinburg area. The photo was taken when he entered his WWII service.

Pvt. Herman J. Rupert, pictured in his U.S. Army uniform. He was the son of Mrs. Ethel Rupert Weaver of Mt. Jackson, Virginia. Pvt. Rupert served his country but was killed in France on July 6, 1944, at the age of 21 years.

Upon further research, we determined this was a photograph of Edith Marie (Rupert) Foley, wife of Alvin Hester Foley.
